విలియం వార్డ్ (1769–1823) ఇంగ్లాండు దేశము నుండి ఇండియాకు వచ్చిన బాప్టిస్ట్ మిషనరీ. ఈయన, విలియం క్యారీ, జాషువా మార్ష్ మాన్ లతో పాటు సెరాంపూర్ త్రయం యొక్క ముఖ్య సభ్యుడు. బైబిళ్లు, కరపత్రాలు, క్రైస్తవ సాహిత్యం, విద్యా పుస్తకములు, బహుళ భారతీయ భాషలలో ముద్రించటం, ప్రచురణకర్తగా అందుబాటులో ఉంచడం ఈయన నైపుణ్యం ద్వారా సువార్తను వ్యాప్తి చేయడంలో సహాయపడింది. ముఖ్యంగా భారతదేశంలోనే ప్రధానమైన బెంగాల్లోని సెరాంపూర్ మిషన్లో ప్రింటింగ్ వ్యవస్థను కీలకంగా ఈయనే నిర్వహించేవాడు. ఇంతకు మించి ఈయన క్రైస్తవ మతాన్ని బోధించడం, వ్యాప్తి చేయడంలో చురుకుగా నిమగ్నమయ్యాడు. హిందూ ఆచారాలు, సంప్రదాయాలపై తన లోతైన అధ్యయనం భారతీయ ప్రజలకు క్రైస్తవ బోధనలను మరింత ప్రభావవంతంగా తెలియజేయడానికి వీలు కల్పించింది.

William Ward (1769–1823) was an English Baptist missionary and a key member of the Serampore Trio, alongside William Carey and Joshua Marshman. His expertise as a printer and publisher helped spread the gospel by making Bibles, tracts, and educational materials available in multiple Indian languages. He played a crucial role in printing and publishing Christian literature in India, particularly at the Serampore Mission in Bengal, where he managed the Serampore printing press, the first major Protestant printing house in India. Beyond printing, he actively engaged in preaching, teaching, and spreading Christianity.

సహుదరుడు లాజర్ సేన్ (1927-2013) సహో. భక్త్ సింగ్ గారితో కలసి పని చేసిన దేవుని సేవకునిగా అందరికి బాగా తెలుసు. ఈయన రక్షించబడిన దినము నుండి ఆత్మయందు తీవ్రత, సువార్త భారము కలిగి యున్నారు. ముఖ్యముగా! ఈయన పరిచర్యలో ప్రధాన భాగము పాటల సంగీతము. బైబిలులో దావీదు రాజువలె చిన్న తనము నుండి, పాటలు రాయటం, సంగీతం కూర్చటం, వాయిద్యాలన్నియు వాయించటం, పాడటం, వెన్నతో పెట్టిన విద్యగా అలవరచుకొనిరి. దేవుడు ఈయనకు మంచి గాత్రమును అనుగ్రహించెను. దేవుడు ఈయనకు అనుగ్రహించిన తలాంతులన్నియు ఆయనను సేవించటానికే, మహిమపర్చటానికే ఉపయోగించిరి. ఈయన ప్రతిభను తన పాఠశాల ఉపాధ్యాయులు చాలా చిన్న వయస్సు నుండి గుర్తించారు. ఈయన 7 సంవత్సరాల వయస్సునుండి పాడటం, హార్మోనియం వాయిస్తూ కచేరీలు ఇచ్చేవారు.

Bro. Lazar Sen (1927-2013) is a well-known servant of God who worked alongside Bro. Bakht Singh. He has fervency in the Spirit and a burden for the Gospel since the day he was saved. Most importantly, his ministry was centred around songs with music. Like King David in the Bible, from a young age, he excelled in writing songs, composing music, playing instruments, and singing songs with a natural inborn talent. God blessed him with a beautiful voice. He used all the talents that God gave him to serve the Lord and glorify His name. His talent was recognized by his school teachers from a very young age.

Hannah Marshman (1767–1847) was one of the first female missionaries to India and a key member of the Serampore Mission, alongside her husband, Joshua Marshman, and William Carey. She was a pioneer in women’s education in India, advocating for the instruction of girls at a time when it was largely neglected. She was also a great support to William Carey and assisted in Bible translational works and missionary activities. She played a crucial role in supporting the mission financially and spiritually as, she started a school in 1800 and also operated two boarding schools for English children, whose fees helped sustain the Serampore Mission.

జార్జ్ షెర్వుడ్ ఎడ్డీ (1871-1963) అమెరికా దేశమునుండి భారత దేశమునకు వచ్చిన ప్రొటెస్టంట్ మిషనరీ, ఈయన భారతదేశంలో 15 సంవత్సరాలు మిషనరీగా, సువార్తికునిగా సేవ చేశాడు. ఇంకా చాలా ప్రపంచ దేశాలలో మిషనరీగా సేవలందించిన కారణాన ఈయనను, ప్రపంచ మిషనరీగా చెప్పవచ్చును. ఈయన యంగ్ మెన్స్ క్రిస్టియన్ అసోసియేషన్ (YMCA)తో కలిసి పనిచేశాడు, భారతదేశం అంతటా ప్రయాణించి విద్యార్థులకు బోధించాడు, సామాజిక సేవ, సువార్త భారంగా చేసాడు. ప్రజలను క్రెస్తవ్యము లోనికి నడిపించటానికి ఎన్నడూ ఇతర వర్గాలను కించపరచాలని కోరుకోలేదు. ఈయన పెద్ద సమూహాలకు బోధించేవాడు. ముఖ్యంగా విశ్వవిద్యాలయ విద్యార్థులు, మేధావులపై దృష్టి సారించాడు.

George Sherwood Eddy (1871–1963) was an American Protestant missionary, who ministered in India for 15 years as a missionary and evangelist. He worked closely with the Young Men’s Christian Association (YMCA), traveling across India to preach to students, emphasizing social service and evangelism. While attempting to convert people to Christianity, he did not want to offend other communities and chose to become a vegetarian. He preached to large crowds, particularly focusing on university students and intellectuals.

Sir William James Wanless (1865–1933) was a Canadian-born surgeon, humanitarian, and Presbyterian missionary who founded a medical mission in Miraj, Maharashtra, India, in 1894 and led it for nearly 40 years. As part of this mission, Dr. Wanless founded Maharashtra’s first missionary medical school in 1897, and helped to establish a leprosy sanatorium as well as a tuberculosis hospital, now known as the Wanless Chest Hospital. Through his service, many long-term patients received treatment and rehabilitation.
